This is the top floor of the complex. The holiday home is on the corner, so you have a lot of light in the rooms. Nice view over the water of the river 'The Vecht' and the harbour of Ommen. This holiday home is very luxurious and built in 2018. The large terrace is located on the south side and has lots of privacy. The location is perfect: right in the center of Ommen with its cozy shops, restaurants and cafes. Bicycle rental is 100 meters away from the holiday home. You can also rent a boat, this company is located on the opposite of the penthouse on the other side of the water. You can also choose to bring your own boat. These can be moored in the harbour of Ommen. The outdoor swimming pool of Ommen and a cozy sandy beach are within walking distance. Because everything is on one level and there are 2 walk-in showers, it is also suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The penthouse is part of a residential block so take the neighbors into account. The house is therefore not suitable for groups of young people.
